On Thursday, June the 2nd, 2022, in the amphitheater of the Faculty of Maritime Studies, Kotor University of Montenegro, we had the chance to present our company, Epsilon Hellas, along with our Principal, Messrs Naftomar and the agency MonteCrew from Bar, to final year students and graduates of the University.
Our company’s activities, especially in terms of cooperation with Naftomar, were presented by Mr. Gregory C. Galanakis, President of Epsilon Group. Our main aspiration was to connect graduates and final year students of the Kotor Maritime Faculty with Messrs Naftomar in terms of creating quality future officers specialized for Liquid Petroleum Gas (LPG) vessel operations. Further details about the company and the specific recruitment and training program for the cadets were given by Captain Jad Ghamraoui of Naftomar. Naftomar Shipping and Trading Company has more than 50 years of experience and tradition in the distribution of petroleum products and LPG operations.
After the presentations, Mr. Galanakis and Cpt. Ghamraoui answered numerous questions from the present students and other guests, and then visited the Faculty of Maritime Studies in Kotor, got acquainted with its history, activities and available resources. Future visits to the Faculty have been announced in terms of further informing students about the LPG industry and its specific requirements and needs, as well as training that Naftomar offers to cadets and officers in this regard.
