“International Women’s Day”, celebrated on the 8th of March, is a day for women across countries to come together in hope and action. With this in mind, Epsilon decided to support the Europa Donna cause, in honor of our female colleagues who work in the corporation globally.
Europa Donna is a European organization, which aims to raise breast cancer awareness. Epsilon female staff wore their pink ribbon badge on the occasion of the Women’s Day and celebrated the day!
It is useful to note that according to the UN, the 8th of March is “a day when women are recognized for their achievements without regard to divisions, whether national, ethnic, linguistic, cultural, economic or political. It is an occasion for looking back on past struggles and accomplishments, and more importantly, for looking ahead to the untapped potential and opportunities that await future generations of women.”
