Limassol, Cyprus. 16 September 2021 – Epsilon Hellas will be participating in the annual Women in Shipping Summit 2021, which is taking place virtually from 20 to 21 September 2021. Epsilon Hellas is the affiliate sponsor of the event and participates also in the panel “Solutions Lab: Opportunities”.
Ms. Bakouni, Training Manager of Epsilon Group, will deliver a presentation on “Empowering women in leadership roles in shipping through training”, during the “Solutions Lab: Opportunities” session. The topic revolves around the concept that training should be considered an enabler for women’s leadership opportunities, particularly within the maritime industry – an industry that is driven by the continuous upgrade of workforce skills and capabilities.
