Limassol, Cyprus. 12 October 2021 – Epsilon Hellas will be participating in the annual SAFETY4SEA Virtual Forum, which is taking place virtually from Tuesday 19th to Thursday 21st of October 2021. Epsilon Hellas is one of the Lead Sponsors of the event and participates also in the panel “Future Skills” and in the “Training and Development Presentations Session”.
Dr. Kontantinos Poulis, General Manager of Epsilon Group, will speak in the second panel of the event, “Future Skills”. The panel will address the “future of work” and will discuss the needed key skills that anyone working ashore and onboard must have to address the new work requirement and the fourth industrial revolution.
Mrs. Joanna – Eugenia Bakouni, Training Manager of Epsilon Group, will deliver a presentation on “Balancing between automation and people: the future of maritime training”, during the “Training and Development Presentations” session. The topic revolves around the key question of “why should the maritime industry invest in people and not only in automation”.
